Second Response from Zagg

In a strange twist of events, I was about to go off the deep end and now I am confused.

Their second response was from a different CSR.  He has sent me a new one but it sounds like he thinks I did not even recieve the first one.  Now I am left to wait for it to arrive.

I really hope the product is worth the hassle…
