Although Seagate announced their new 1.5 TB drive back in July, availability has only just kicked in over the last couple of weeks.

They are selling for $189 to about $230.  The price depends on the vendor and if you are in the US or Canada.  NewEgg seems to have the lowest price at the time of this posting.
