Zagg FINALLY Delivers...

After nearly a MONTH of waiting, the replacement order FINALLY arrived.  So much for being assured that it would be 3 - 5 days!!!

So a word of warning for anyone that is in Canada or in a slightly out of the way area or pretty much anywhere.  From the date I was told that it was to be 3 - 5 days, it took them EIGHT DAYS to ship it out the door (There is a USPS customs declaration form that shows that it was shipped on 11/6/2008 and the replacement was assured in e-mail on Oct 29).  From there, the order took the expected 10 business days to get here.

The frustrating part is that the first order that they messed up, was shipped a day after the order was “shipped”.

From all of this experience, all I can confidently say is that there is a serious issue with the accuracy and quality of the shipping department at Zagg and that this could be a serious issue for them if they are not seriously careful about this.
