Bell and Telus Announce Network Change

In a highly anticipated move, Bell and Telus have announced that they are going to convert their entire network to HSPA and then to LTE.  This change will allow them to compete directly with Rogers/Fido as it will allow them to carry the 3G iPhone and to also carry all of the same devices that Rogers and the rest of the world use.
